Comis Curved Acetabular Introducer Handle.
Key Features
- Curved shape allowing impaction through an MIS posterior approach.
- Acetabular cup can be re-attached to the introducer after implantation for repositioning should the surgeon deem it necessary.
- The height of the impactor head is minimal in relation to the cup face to allow implantation through an MIS incision. (<25mm).
- Can be used for both MIS and open hip surgery.
- A sputnik is provided to ensure correct acetabular cup alignment.

Designed specifically for the MIS approach to hip resurfacing and total hip arthroplasty, the Comis curved introducer handle is the first of its kind to accommodate accurate implantation through a small incision. The above mentioned design features facilitate the delivery of the acetabular component to its anatomically anteverted and closed position.
